Matt Young is a Fiji-based American/Australian actor who grew up in Gardner, Massachusetts, where he started acting with Theatre at the Mount.
He attended New York University . A former Broadway dancer, he toured the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia in musicals including On the Town, A Chorus Line and The Producers.
In 2001, he moved to Sydney, Australia. He is best know for portraying Captain James Cook in Captain Cook: Obsession and Discovery (2007).
