This New York born versatile character actor has played many cops and bad guys on TV and in Film, has also appeared in over a hundred plays. He got his training as an actor at Carnegie-Mellon University.
He was a member of Estelle Parson's New York Shakespeare Festival company that performed "Romeo And Juliet," "Macbeth," and "As You Like It" on Broadway at the Belasco Theatre.
Other stage productions include: several summers at the NYSF's Delacorte Theatre in Central Park. He continues to play in Shakespeare's plays when he can.
