A native of Vancouver, BC, Daryl got bit by the acting bug at an early age. He attended the University of Victoria and graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada (Montreal).
Stage appearances across Canada include leading roles at Neptune Theatre (Halifax), Theatre New Brunswick, Centaur Theatre (Montreal), National Arts Centre (Ottawa), Canadian Stage (Toronto), Blyth Festival, Manitoba Theatre Centre, Globe Theatre (Regina), Alberta Theatre Projects (Calgary), Citadel Theatre (Edmonton), Theatre Northwest (Prince George), Vancouver Playhouse and Arts Club (Vancouver) and the Belfry Theatre (Victoria).
Film and television appearances include a turn in the third season of Fargo, a spin as a detective chasing spirits in Intruders, a dash of therapy in L-Word, and an earthbound father in Watchmen.
