Alfie Dobson was born in Gateshead Tyne and wear and made his debut as an Actor opposite Lee Ingleby as Tony in the BBC one drama the A word.

Alfie has since gone on to star in Ken Loach's film "Sorry we missed you" as Jack O'Brien, a courier van driver, Alfie also made an appearance as a gym thug in Gerrard Johnson's feature film muscle starring Craig fairbrass.

Alfie's grandad (Billy Dobson) was a singer in the northeast of England back in the 70s 80s and 90s a regular go as you please entertainer he would perform all over the North East entertaining audiences.

Alfie also a professional singer was told everything he needed to know from his grandad Billy Dobson about music and the tricks of the trade and also become a professional Singer in 2001 and sang around the clubs and pubs in the northeast of England.

Alfies singing become popular around the rest of the UK and even abroad including in Dubai -Spain- and Norway. His mother Sandra was a hairdresser on Sunderland road in Gateshead, she then went on to become a nurse for the NHS.

It was at Alfie's secondary school in Gateshead where Alfie became fascinated with acting, he always wanted to take part in the school's productions/plays it was there that he knew he wanted to be an actor.

Alfie has since been cast as Jeff Michaels the head doorman/firm member in Danny Cox's new TV show more lands firm which will take place in the northeast.

Alfie was cast in the Liverpool TV drama "metropolis" alongside Ricky Tomlinson and directed by Peter sinseeya, in 2021, Alfie is due to start filming the long-awaited story of the notorious criminal family the Sayers.

Alfie will play the role of John Henry Sayers in the new feature Film "A new breed of criminal" which will start filming in Newcastle Aug 2022.
